Our Goals

Our primary objectives are to work towards our mission statement by...

1.) Providing Solar Power Generators

  1. Firstly, We will organize Fundraisers in this process

1.1 We co-ordinate with anyone who might be involved in setting up the fundraiser ( this can include, our partners, a school, or members of our community).

1.2 We market the event by posted on our social media platforms to drive interest in the event, funding, and appeal of the fundraising opportunity.

1.3 Once the event ends or we reach our fundraising goal, we continue to market by sending out sincere thanks, celebration, and building our community.

1.4 We update our partners, community, and donors on the success of the event or fundraiser via our email, and social media platforms.

1.5 We hope that more people will be inspired by the event or fundraiser to join us and continue to grow our network and community to and make the next fundraiser even better!

  1. Next, we purchase Portable Power Station 300W from Amazon .
  2. Then, we ship these generators directly to our partners in South Africa.
  3. Finally, These generators are then distributed to people across the country who can now gain access to sustainable and clean electricity anywhere, even when loadshedding looms.

    2.) Creating Community Gardens

  4. We acquire the necessary funds using the same fundraiser steps described above.
  5. We talk to members of rural South African areas about where a community garden could go and the logistics of preparing the land which depends un multiple factors including region, resources and infrastructure in the given area.
  6. We confirm the site of the community garden.
  7. Using our donations, we purchase Napier grass seeds (Cenchrus purpureus), an african species of elephant grass, from Desertcart. Napier grass is a plant that is commonly used in renewable bioenergy production.
  8. These seeds is then distributed to the communtiy in question, by various methods depending on it's location.
  9. Once the community acquires the Napier grass, they can plant it in a communtiy garden that can be harvested by members of the area as a way of gaining cheap, renewable energy. This energy, once processed thru heat or specific enzymes can be used to power devices. Alternatively, the Napier can be burn to make fires due to it's highly flammable nature.

3.) Getting Our Instagram: @energize_sa to 1500 Followers to Raise Awareness!

  1. Continue to post updates and valuable news to try and inform as many people as possible!
  2. Ask you to tell your friends, your family, anyone and everyone about our organization and our social media platforms to stay informed.
